It has come to the attention of the general public, that many of us have adopted in-the-box thinking habits. Just like people, problems and opportunities come in all shapes and sizes. So it’s impossible to have the “Black & White” mentality when you’re dealing in a rainbow playing field.
As mentioned before, our client’s make our businesses go ’round. I urge you to rethink the problem solving guidelines in your organization. Nothing dissatisfies a client more, than when they hear “No.” There are ways of saying “No,” that offer your clients other options.
This is what I call Customer Service MasterMinding. Own it! This isn’t something that just happens. As a leader you need to make sure this is implemented and practiced in your organization.
